We deliver to you as soon as possible, with no minimum order!! We deliver by industrial pallet, industrial half-pallet or cardboard boxes. The choice is yours! We are committed to delivering to you as soon as possible, as soon as your order is placed.

We advise canning professionals, artisans, butchers, caterers, farm-inns and farm canners, to contact us directly for larger orders by the pallet or half-pallet.

Breakage on DELIVERY: 
In the event of breakage at DELIVERY, make detailed reservations on the transport note and send the said transport note within 3 days in order to carry out an exchange. Without reservations made by the buyer at the time of delivery, it is impossible for the MCM Emballages company to operate the insurance, and therefore we cannot make any credits, exchanges, or refunds on the damaged goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the delivered goods in the presence of the delivery person.


NB: In case of delivery by road carrier on pallet, CHECK THE APPEARANCE OF YOUR PACKAGE AND OPEN IT IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON OR DRIVER TO MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETE; IF THE PACKAGE IS ACCEPTED AND NO RESERVATION IS MADE UPON RECEIPT, NO FUTURE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 


MCM Emballages states in its terms and conditions of sale that the buyer is obliged to ensure that there is no anomaly (damage, missing product in relation to the delivery note, damaged package, broken object) upon receipt of the package in front of the delivery person. Use the carrier's delivery note to indicate in the form of detailed, dated, explicit "handwritten reservations" accompanied by your signature, the spoliations noted. If you choose to refuse the goods upon delivery, you must ask the carrier to return the package to its sender in addition to the "handwritten reservations". 
This verification is requested in the interest of the customer so that he can receive compensation in the event of breakage due to transport. 

Shipping costs/ Prices:

Shipping costs are set according to a scale set by the transport companies with which MCM Emballages is bound by contract. In the case of bulky parcels, very fragile, or over 20 Kg, delivery can only be made by road carrier.   It is up to MCM Emballages to opt for the most suitable transport solution according to the type of order, or the weight of the package so that the goods arrive in good condition.  
International shipping costs are subject to the same rules: 
In the case of a carrier shipment, the shipping price is calculated on a weight-to-distance basis. MCM Emballage therefore applies a rate that is a national average flat rate by weight.

When placing the order, it is possible that you choose a mode of transport, and that for the reasons mentioned above, this mode of transport will not be retained by MCM Emballages. MCM Emballages is not obliged to inform the customer of this, provided that the goods reach the customer in the best possible conditions. 

Order PROCESSING TIMES  :

The average order processing time is 48 working hours on average (delivery times not guaranteed, subject to stock availability) after receipt of full payment of the order . This time is necessary for the preparation of your order.
By order processing, we mean: handling the order, computer and manual processing of the order, manual editing of a delivery note and an invoice, checking the availability of items in stock.  This period is an average, intended to give an idea, not a guarantee. Depending on the availability of the items or the number of orders, this period may naturally be extended. 

In case of an urgent delay for your order, please contact us by e-mail at sav@mcm-europe.fr, or by phone , to inform us of the urgent nature of your order. We will then make the necessary arrangements for the fastest possible delivery. These delays are in addition  to the order processing times.  
We remind you that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days. 

Deliveries by So Colissimo:

Colissimo Home – without signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, directly to your mailbox.
If it is not big enough and you are absent, a notice will be left with you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your parcel the next day at 3pm at the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you will be able to pick up your parcel at your home post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Pick-up Point

With Colissimo Point Collection  , you have several pick-up methods to choose from to pick up your parcel

– At La Poste , you can choose the establishment in which you wish to be delivered  (without prior passage of your postman at home) among the 9,500 post offices available throughout metropolitan France.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

– at a Pickup point, you can choose one of the 16,000 local merchants of the Pickup network, near your home, your workplace or your holiday, to which you wish to have it delivered
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

– in Pickup locker you can choose one of the 500 automatic pick-up lockers to have your parcel delivered. Set up on your route (train station, metro, car park, shopping centres, etc.) They are accessible 24/ 7 (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport areas)
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your collection codes allowing you to collect your parcel for 3 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

N.B.: MCM Emballages cannot be held responsible in the event of extensions of these deadlines following a strike by LA POSTE, road transport, or any other case of force majeure (strikes, demonstrations, bad weather, accidents, etc.).  
MCM Emballages can in no way be held responsible for  delays in delivery due to the customer's refusal to communicate a telephone number that could be transmitted to the delivery person, or the non-respect of the appointments set between the delivery drivers and the customers, or the non-communication of digicodes or building door codes.

In addition, if the customer indicates a delivery address where it is impossible to deliver during working hours (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday) or from which he is systematically absent at these times, the re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer. MCM Emballages cannot be held responsible for undeliveries in these specific cases and will invoice the customer for the new delivery. 


Closure and annual leave:

MCM Emballages is closed only once a year, between Christmas and New Year. During this period, shipments cannot be made and orders placed during these dates will only be processed upon return from this period of annual leave.
